How to donate to Leukemia Fighters

Leukemia Fighters at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine is devoted to the clinical and translational research projects of the Weill Cornell Leukemia Program.

Leukemia Fighters was created by Gail J. Roboz, M.D., Professor of Medicine and Director of the Leukemia Program at Weill Cornell Medicine and NewYork-Presbyterian, in collaboration with grateful patients and their families who wished to provide financial support for the projects Dr. Roboz and her colleagues are undertaking in their search for  cures. Donations to the fund are allocated to clinical and research projects targeting malignant bone marrow diseases, including acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, and myeloproliferative disorders.

Patients and their families may direct donations to specific areas of study and have already seen the results of their generosity with the funding of new positions and projects.

For more information about Leukemia Fighters, please call our office at 646.962.2700. Dr. Roboz and our team are happy to discuss the Leukemia Program’s many exciting initiatives with prospective and current donors.
